Select a frame by browsing our website. Make sure your PD is supported by that frame, then click on Order Glasses button. Enter your eyeglasses prescription; alternatively, use your previously saved prescription from your profile. Select your lens type. Pick a lens & coating package. Add to cart and checkout from there.

If you don't have your eyeglasses prescription, you can get a printed prescription from your eye doctor. They are required by law to provide you with your eyeglasses prescription.

If you have a progressive prescription (your eyeglasses prescription has one or two values under ADD or NV-ADD), just select “Reading Glasses” after confirming your prescription, we will convert your progressive prescription to your reading prescription when making your glasses.

If you already have a reading glasses prescription, just enter/fill the values by copying this prescription during the order process.

To order Non-prescription (Plano) glasses, you may choose any frames you like，then tick Non-Prescription (Plano) Glasses and confirm your order.

Our lab will start working on your glasses immediately after your order is submitted, and the glasses will be made specifically for your prescription, so it can’t be cancelled. Please contact our customer service team if you need to change your order.

To order Prescription sunglasses, you can choose any frame you like，then click 'order as sunglasses'to jump to the corresponding page， then you can choose different lens types you need. Remember to save your PD for convenience!

To check order status, log in to your account and go to the "your orders" tab. It will show the status of either processing, in-lab or complete. We will send a shipping confirmation email the moment your order leaves our hands and makes its way to you!
